Begin with the wedding you are actually planning.
A daytime ceremony, an evening reception and a black-tie celebration ask different questions. Venue, season, timing, cultural expectations and your partner’s plans help establish the brief. Bring the invitation, any dress-code guidance and photographs of the setting. We discuss which details should feel formal, relaxed or celebratory, and where you want your own identity to remain visible.
Proportion, fit and the complete outfit.
The suit is part of a wider composition. Jacket length, trouser line, shirt collar and footwear affect the overall balance. We consider your proportions, the way you move and the level of formality required. The conversation also covers waistcoats, ties or bow ties, pocket squares, shoes and grooming. The objective is a coherent outfit that makes sense together, rather than a collection of individually attractive pieces.
An independent plan before a clothing purchase.
Private Image Strategy is an independent consultation: EUR550, VAT included, with preparation, up to three hours and a personal Strategy Summary. It can be focused on your wedding image. Clothing, production, alterations and dressing assistance are separate unless explicitly included in a written proposal. You can use the recommendations with your existing wardrobe, your chosen supplier or European Custom Tailor.
If you are ready to commission the outfit.
A tailoring appointment is a different starting point. The 90-minute appointment costs EUR160 and is fully credited towards a clothing purchase. It addresses the garment commission, fabric and fitting process. It is not the same as the independent EUR550 image strategy service. Wedding tailoring, made-to-measure, custom-made and bespoke options are discussed through European Custom Tailor; the garment scope and total are agreed separately.

Make the fitting calendar part of the decision.
Tell us the wedding date, where you live and when you can attend fittings. If you are travelling to Porto, share your itinerary before ordering. Garment production and adjustments need their own schedule. Do not assume that booking a consultation reserves production capacity or includes travel to the wedding. The final proposal should make the appointments, responsibilities, delivery arrangements and any day-of assistance clear.
Prepare for a useful first conversation.
Bring photographs of outfits you like and explain what attracts you to them. Include one or two outfits you would not feel comfortable wearing. A realistic clothing budget and the wedding’s practical requirements help us prioritise. Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy my suit from Eduardo?
No. The independent image strategy can be implemented with your chosen supplier. A garment order through European Custom Tailor is a separate decision.
Can we work online before I travel to Porto?
An online image strategy consultation is available. Physical measurements, production and garment fittings need their own agreed arrangements.
Does the EUR550 fee include the wedding suit?
No. It is the independent consultation fee, including VAT. Garments and additional services are quoted separately.
