WHY THIS FORMAT
A written expectation rarely answers every question a team encounters. What works in the office may not work at a client presentation, a formal dinner or an international meeting. Working in person allows the discussion to move from abstract rules to concrete decisions about proportion, coordination, appropriateness and professional behaviour.
Leadership groups, professional-services teams, sales teams and client-facing colleagues who can attend together in Porto. It is useful when the organisation wants a considered conversation, supported by examples, rather than a generic list of what to wear.
WHAT WE WORK ON
Connect the impression a team creates with the values, level of service and audience the organisation wants to represent.
Compare real work situations and discuss how formality, fit, coordination and grooming change with the context.
Turn discussion into a small number of useful principles, with room for individual identity and practical questions.
WHAT YOUR TEAM TAKES AWAY
A clearer shared understanding of professional presentation and agreed priorities for the situations discussed. The Maison provides a menswear and consultation setting in which examples can be explored and questions can be addressed.
We begin with a short organisational brief: participants, objectives, current expectations and the situations that create uncertainty. We then agree the agenda, date and session language.
Clothing purchases, refreshments, individual consultations and a written company policy are not automatically included. Any additional requirement is defined in the proposal.
We review the context and may suggest a scoping conversation.
You receive the suggested format, scope, schedule and total before confirming.
Dates and any preparation are agreed with your commissioning team.
